Job Description

  • Assist the PMO head and project advisors with their daily schedules, managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Track key dates, milestones, and deadlines, proactively reminding everyone involved.
  • Prepare and distribute clear and concise meeting agendas, reports, and communication materials to keep the PMO team/ other stakeholders informed.
  • Organize and facilitate project-related meetings, workshops, and launch events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for the PMO team, fielding inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Collaborate with internal and external administrative teams.
  • Take comprehensive meeting minutes (MOMs), ensure timely distribution to all attendees and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Partner with the team to organize and coordinate departmental events and training sessions.
