Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to optimize cost savings.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to identify purchasing needs.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and update supplier information as required.
  • Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delayed deliveries, and defective products with suppliers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
  • Support the development and implementation of purchasing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with suppliers and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Familiarity with purchasing and procurement processes.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
