Job Description
- Overall operations and maintenance management.
- Customer centricity and customer expectation management.
- 24/7/365 availability and delivery.
- Schedule management.
- E2E SLA management.
- E2E fault, problem, and change management.
- Network availability monitoring, troubleshooting, and stability.
- Short, mid, and long-term planning for KPIs improvement.
- Preventative and corrective maintenance delivery and acceptance.
- Site acceptance (hand over to MS).
- Supplier management.
- Handle routine operations issues and interfaces with third parties.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, at least 3 years.
- Communication, team, and stakeholder management skills (+140 staff).
- Good communicator and negotiator.
- Teamwork ability.
- Leadership.
- Adequate English skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
