To implement the process of charging petty cash in ERP and create p.r for warehouse needs.
To control stock accuracy in areas assigned by the warehouse supervisor from time to time in bulk & dealer sales locations.
To perform a secondary receiving function by ensuring that the stock receipted from the receiving area is accurate before being stored in the dedicated warehouse bin locations.
To ensure stock is grouped and packed on the shelves in a manner that expedites the physical and accurate counting of stock in bulk & dealer sales locations.
To conduct an accurate daily stock count in bulk & dealer sales locations.
To prepare the warehouse for the monthly stock counts to ensure accurate counting is conducted in bulk & dealer sales location.
To pick stock accurately from designated stock locations by the warehouse supervisor to deliver in bulk & dealer sales location.
To perform a forklift / reach-truck driver function as designated by the supervisor in receiving, inventory, distribution, and any places that the warehouse manager /supervisor specifies.
To check the water, gas, oil, and battery of the lift reach the truck and charge them if needed as designated by the supervisor.
To process the receipt on the ERP application by the receiving policies, processors, and procedures.
To store the stock in the assigned bin locations prior to the transfer to the bulk warehouse.
To take print of the received stock and after being signed by the warehouse manager send it to the purchasing coordinator for calculation of payments in specified arrivals locations.
To receive and distribute registration forms, advertising brochures, and stock after approval by the warehouse manager or supervisor.
To bundle stocks on pallets & ensure products are packed in a manner for ease of checking and handover to the distribution lines.
To keep warehouse ERP updated based on the latest changes in stock locations and provide related reports as needed.
To revert other departments’ queries about the details of modem distribution.
To allocate cpe mac ID to modem IDs by pack including cpe and necessary documents for customers and deliver to installers/distributors.
To release and follow up on the warehouse purchase requisition.
To take all safety precautions when working in the warehouse area and with a forklift to avoid any accidents. Compile, review, and maintain data from contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents to assess supply needs.
To clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
To administrate agreed standards of housekeeping at all times in bulk & dealer sales locations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing/Communications) or other related fields.
At least 2 years experience in stock control in a large warehouse environment; with experience in working with others.
Experience working in a small to medium organization.
Experience driving a forklift/lift truck is an advantage.
