Job Description
The objective of this role is to promote the visibility and availability of products based on planogram and merchandising principles by supervising the Merchandising team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team of merchandisers in Tehran and Karaj
- Visit merchandising routes and control quality.
- Review merchandising routes to make sure that top outlets are covered in the defined routes.
- Define and control monthly targets and KPIs for merchandisers.
- Evaluate the performance and target achievement of each merchandiser.
- Report competitors' activities and all information and statistics required by the company.
- Provide performance reports, and propose and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- At least a high school diploma.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in related positions.
- Intermediate level of MS Excel.
- Strong proficiency in planogram and merchandising principles.
- Familiar with customer relationship management.
- Reporting skills.
- Team management and empowerment skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
