Job Description

  • Prepare daily/monthly reports.
  • Visit pharmacies in the territory regularly.
  • Archive the letters and documents of the sales department.
  • Follow up to make sure products are available at Key Accounts.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Collaborate with staff members from other departments to optimize sales.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales (pharmaceutical).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
  • Experience in working with pharmaceutical distribution companies and pharmacies.
  • Experience in working with CRM systems.
  • Working knowledge of English.
  • Time and stress management skills.
  • Result-oriented, hardworking, motivated, team worker, and problem solver.
  • Exceptional analytical reasoning skills to think about problems thoroughly and generate solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations skills.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and good-tempered.
