Job Description

As a sales engineer, your role is critical in driving business growth and expanding our market presence within the dry mix mortar industry. You will be the bridge between technical expertise and effective sales strategies. Here are the key responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the market and achieve revenue targets.

Technical Consultation:

  • Explain product features, benefits, and applications to potential customers during live demonstrations.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture leads.
  • Gather insights and feedback from clients to improve offerings.

Sales Execution:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.

Market Expansion:

  • Explore ways to expand our market reach, whether through new regions or customer segments.
  • Offer unique solutions and tailor our products to meet specific client needs.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our product offerings and customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with the dry-mix mortar market (including tile adhesives, block adhesives, cement-based plasters, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
