We seek dynamic and motivated sales engineers to join our growing sales team in our international (Swiss-origin) company. In this role, you will combine your technical knowledge with your passion for sales to build strong customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and provide solutions that add value to our customers’ projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, and manufacturing sectors.
Provide expert consultation to customers, matching Sika products and solutions to their specific needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Continuously develop knowledge of Sika’s products, technologies, and market trends.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; applicants with strong sales skills from other fields can also apply.
Strong communication and sales skills.
High energy and enthusiasm for work.
Flexibility and a positive attitude.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (as required)
Proficiency in English and familiarity with software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
An end-of-service card or an exemption card is mandatory for male applicants.
