Roles:
Implement sales procedures with new customers to meet personal and team goals.
Telemarketing.
Analyze client's needs.
Suggest appropriate packages based on the client's needs.
Consult with clients to find their requirements.
Document and keep the database in CRM.
Identify new prospects through cold calling and lead generation.
Train customers on how to use the purchased packages.
Follow up on B2B clients, customer care, and retention processes from start to end.
Develop long-term relationships with customers by managing and interpreting their requirements.
Consult with clients to find their requirements.
Suggest appropriate services based on the client's needs.
Analyze and prospect clients' needs.
Train customers on how to use the purchased services.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in sales (if it's in online services is an asset).
Strong teamwork with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work with CRMs (knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics is an asset).
