A reputable accounting company is looking to complete its sales team.

Roles:

  • Contacting assigned daily leads.
  • Making phone calls or Google Meet meetings with stakeholders in the client organization.
  • Presenting lessons learned in periodic sales team meetings.
  • Providing software demos to customers.
  • Learning product features and specifications appropriate to customer segments.
  • Achieving results and setting sales goals on a monthly and weekly basis.

Requirements:

  • Sufficient history of successful sales.
  • Familiarity with the telephone negotiation and sales model.
  • High negotiation and communication skills.
  • High self-confidence and responsibility.
  • Experience working with market CRM software.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques.
  • Ability to negotiate and follow up until results are achieved and relevant reports are presented.
  • Familiarity with IT businesses (especially the financial software industry).
  • Experience in sales and marketing.
  • Preferably with experience in the IT/software and hardware industry.
