Job Description

  • Create monthly and annual sales targets for different units of the sales department and pursue their implementation in sales channels.
  • Hold meetings with sales and production units to review sales goals.
  • Responsible for ad-hoc reports to enable management to monitor sales operations.
  • Implement necessary actions assigned in sales planning.
  • Identify sales performance measures and KPIs to track sales effectiveness.
  • Build dashboards to analyze Sales processes.
  • Develop and update for optimizing sales procedures and guidelines related to sales planning.
  • Detect the data problems and address them proactively.
  • Customer behavior analysis and clustering.
  • Develop customer database.
  • Present market indicators report (per capita consumption, product coverage, etc.) to identify the sales potential of the regions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in FMCG or the food industry in similar positions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
  • Expert in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office and Analytical tools.
  • Accurate, motivated, curious, and fast learner.
  • Good communication and written and spoken skills in Farsi.
  • Ability to work well and deliver under pressure.
  • Familiarity with VBA and Macro is preferable.
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
