Job Description
- Create monthly and annual sales targets for different units of the sales department and pursue their implementation in sales channels.
- Hold meetings with sales and production units to review sales goals.
- Responsible for ad-hoc reports to enable management to monitor sales operations.
- Implement necessary actions assigned in sales planning.
- Identify sales performance measures and KPIs to track sales effectiveness.
- Build dashboards to analyze Sales processes.
- Develop and update for optimizing sales procedures and guidelines related to sales planning.
- Detect the data problems and address them proactively.
- Customer behavior analysis and clustering.
- Develop customer database.
- Present market indicators report (per capita consumption, product coverage, etc.) to identify the sales potential of the regions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in FMCG or the food industry in similar positions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
- Expert in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office and Analytical tools.
- Accurate, motivated, curious, and fast learner.
- Good communication and written and spoken skills in Farsi.
- Ability to work well and deliver under pressure.
- Familiarity with VBA and Macro is preferable.
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
