  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Oversee and monitor company compliance activities related to branding, partnerships, etc., to ensure increased visibility of TSI.
  • Implement the new product launches as per the defined plans of the Marketing/Brand team.
  • Negotiate terms of sale agreements, variations in price, delivery, and specifications, and close sales transactions with assigned account portfolios.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Prepare and check all daily, weekly, and monthly Sales reports.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, or related fields.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of sales-relevant experience.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Intermediate English skills.
  • Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office is a must).
