Planning and appropriate marketing strategies for sales growth Identify new and emerging opportunities in the market Giving guidance and counseling to the personnel under supervision Training and counseling of new sales staff and labor distribution in supervised areas Provide monthly sales reports and estimated annual marketing budgets Establishing weekly and monthly meetings to ensure that there are no problems and progress according to the plans Regularly visiting regional markets and managing key customers
