Roles:
- Planning appropriate marketing strategies for sales growth.
- Identifying new and emerging opportunities in the market.
- Providing guidance and advice to supervised personnel.
- Training and advising new sales staff and distributing labor in supervised areas.
- Providing monthly sales reports and estimated annual marketing budgets.
- Holding weekly and monthly meetings to ensure no problems and progress is made according to plans.
- Visiting regional markets continuously and managing key customers.

- Proficient in telephone and face-to-face negotiation techniques.

- High self-confidence in completing assigned tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with KPI and CRM.
