Summary:

The main focus of the sales specialist is to manage sales, and customer relationships and promote the full range of Roche diagnostic products to all accounts in the designated territory. The sales specialist reports to the sales marketing manager.

You will be responsible for:

  • Achieve the sales targets, gain market share, and meet the related strategic KPIs in assigned territories by implementing the activities and strategies defined.
  • Identify new opportunities on the assigned products, driving market introduction and adoption by the labs to expand the business.
  • Stakeholder mapping and decision-making process of accounts to build value and mutually profitable customer relationships.
  • Proactively search for market information & trends, product updates, and competitive
  • information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with all stakeholders and develop innovative strategies to acquire, grow, and retain business, in line with sales objectives.
  • Possess and maintain up-to-date product knowledge and be competent to conduct product presentations to customers.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a university degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory, Biochemical, or equivalent; a postgraduate degree; or an MBA degree will be preferred.
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales in the healthcare market (IVD is preferred), with a proven success record.
  • You are result-driven and focused on achieving your Sales targets with minimal direction.
  • You have good leadership skills and can resolve/solve conflicts/problems.
  • You have good interpersonal interaction and customer relations skills both internally and externally.
  • You are proactive and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills both oral and written, and the ability to make powerful presentations.
  • You are autonomous and self-motivated to travel for business meetings and product training.
