Job Description

  • Transfer his/her sales experience to the team and train the team under his/her supervision.
  • Collect information and statistics required by the company to promote sales targets.
  • Monitor, manage, control, and evaluate team performance and responsibilities.
  • Set monthly and daily targets for the team.
  • Perform incentive programs for the team.
  • Report market competition/activity/price changing/promotion etc.
  • Be available en route on all working days to check and visit stores.
  • Prepare market visit reports.
  • Provide creative solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • Report and analyze data and present in sales meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a relative industry.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong teamwork and working effectively with others.
  • Ability to train/ motivate and promote the sales team.
  • Leadership and supervisory competencies.
  • Communication skills.
  • Follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
