Job Description

The sales supervisor will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships within the paint industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase revenue.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with key clients.
  • Providing product knowledge and technical support to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the paint industry, with a focus on decorative and building paints.

  • Ability to drive sales performance and motivate a sales team.
