Job Description

Develop sales strategy with the help of senior manager on a quarterly and annual basis.

  • Participate in determining market segmentation on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Market development to increase sales volume and profitability.
  • Forecast service sales based on macro goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Validate customers and determine credit lines based on customer history.
  • Validate sales representative candidates.
  • Supervise exhibition holding.
  • Cooperate in resolving customer dissatisfaction and complaints on a daily basis.
  • Develop and review sales guidelines on an ongoing basis.
  • Negotiate with business partners or customers and prepare and sign contracts.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with CRM processes.
  • High knowledge and skills in sales and familiarity with market and marketing concepts.
  • Proficient in negotiation principles and techniques and sufficient skills in negotiating and persuading others.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • High understanding of business and the business environment as well as competitive forces in the market.
