Job Description
Develop sales strategy with the help of senior manager on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Participate in determining market segmentation on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Market development to increase sales volume and profitability.
- Forecast service sales based on macro goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Validate customers and determine credit lines based on customer history.
- Validate sales representative candidates.
- Supervise exhibition holding.
- Cooperate in resolving customer dissatisfaction and complaints on a daily basis.
- Develop and review sales guidelines on an ongoing basis.
- Negotiate with business partners or customers and prepare and sign contracts.
Requirements:
- Familiar with CRM processes.
- High knowledge and skills in sales and familiarity with market and marketing concepts.
- Proficient in negotiation principles and techniques and sufficient skills in negotiating and persuading others.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- High understanding of business and the business environment as well as competitive forces in the market.
