Perform accounting tasks, including but not limited to recording, summarizing, compiling, and updating financial records.
Debit, credit, and total accounts using specialized accounting software.
Review accounting figures and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding.
Prepare and process sales invoices.
Receive, record, and process payments and cash checks
Reconcile customer accounts and report discrepancies found in records.
Controlling the company's expenses and comparing them with the approved budget. Familiarity with budget and planning
Prepare statistical, financial, accounting, or auditing reports and tables related to receipts, cash expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profit and loss.
Check and issue employee salary checks income statements and deductions.
Calculate the taxes owed and prepare the tax return.
Ensure compliance with local standards/laws, generally accepted accounting principles, IFRS, and company policies.
Control and process petty cash.
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing the audit.
Control and record all transactions related to fixed assets.
Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing and maintaining filing systems
Work with sap-erp software
Perform other duties as assigned.
Report to Senior Accountant.
Desired start date: As soon as possible.
Working conditions: Occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, IFRS, and local regulations.
Familiar with accounting software applications.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Familiar with Budgeting and planning
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Deadline-oriented.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
