As a senior graphic designer in our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining our brand's visual identity. Your primary responsibilities will include creating visually compelling materials and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
Responsibilities:
Utilize industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), to create high-quality visual materials.
Craft and maintain a strong visual identity, encompassing logos, color palettes, typography, and design guidelines, to ensure brand consistency.
Create visually engaging materials for both print (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters) and digital (websites, social media graphics) platforms.
Apply a deep understanding of typography to select and use fonts effectively in design projects.
Select, edit, and retouch images to complement design projects, including photography and image editing.
Apply responsive design principles for web and mobile applications to ensure a consistent user experience.
Convey messages and stories visually through design to effectively communicate with the audience.
Collaborate effectively with team members and interpret design briefs to create visually stunning materials.
Meet project deadlines through effective organization and time management skills.
Adapt to changing design trends and explore new creative techniques to keep visual materials current and appealing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent visual branding and messaging.

Responsive Design: Knowledge of responsive design principles for web and mobile applications.
Visual Storytelling: The ability to convey messages and stories visually through design.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual identity design and brand consistency.
Proficiency in relevant design software and tools, as well as certifications in graphic design, are advantageous.
