ASA Biotech Pharmaceutical Trading Company, active in the field of pharmaceutical raw materials and laboratory equipment, is seeking an experienced Senior International Logistics Specialist fluent in Turkish to be responsible for coordinating international air and land transportation.

The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring that goods are shipped on time and at the best possible cost, preparing transportation documents with high accuracy, and coordinating customs-related matters.

- Technical and Professional Skills:

Full proficiency in spoken and written Turkish (main requirement for cooperation)
Proficiency in order registration procedures
Proficiency in the Comprehensive Trade System ntsw
Familiarity with spoken and written English
Knowledge of air and land transportation principles, optimal route selection, and accurate scheduling
Ability to obtain the best rates and contract terms
Knowledge of customs laws and regulations
Familiarity with documentation, including accurate preparation of bills of lading, invoices, permits, and international transportation documents
Familiarity with financial and foreign exchange procedures related to import and export
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
Ability to find solutions in emergency situations or transportation delays
Risk management skills, including identifying and reducing potential risks in the supply chain and transportation process

- Soft Skills and Personal Qualities:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordination with various internal departments, including procurement, sales, finance, and warehouse, as well as external parties
Ability to communicate with foreign companies and colleagues in English and Turkish
Accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibility and ability to build trust
Ability to train and transfer knowledge, and guide less experienced team members

Work Location: Tehran, Niavaran, Atlas Mall Complex

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00, and Fridays remotely
