We’re looking for a senior product designer to help design the future of Irantalent and turn our vision into reality. For this key role in the design and development of Irantalent products, we need a person who has enough experience and expertise in designing digital products and can creatively solve problems and improve the user experience.
Responsibilities:
User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design for our products.
Drive and lead design projects from start to finish.
Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and other assets to help facilitate the design process.
Create prototypes to user test and validate assumptions.
Design clean and unique user interfaces to mirror UX requirements and compliment brand/product identity.
Conduct user research and user tests.
Collaborate with product managers and software developers on problem-solving and delivering solutions.
Work with front-end developers to deliver your designs to users of high quality at optimal cost.
Observe current user behavior and make data-driven design suggestions to improve UX.
Conduct user research and user tests.
Evaluate and improve product design processes and indicators
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in digital product design.
Experience in designing complex enterprise panels.
Familiar with using and creating design systems.
Able to analyze, optimize, and simplify complex flows and scenarios.Able to effectively communicate with other team members.
Familiar with designing for different platforms.
Relevant understanding of best practices and trends in UI/UX design.
Obsessive attention to even the smallest of details.
Great time management skills.
A portfolio that demonstrates previous design experience, breadth and depth of design skills, and a case study or two that illustrate challenges, methods, roles, and outcomes.
Experience in using Figma and Clarity.
Understand technical requirements and aspects of modern apps.
Demonstrable experience designing and shipping complex projects from start to finish.Experience running user interviews and testing sessions.
