Senior Product Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced product designer to join our team and elevate our digital products. As a senior product designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from ideation to launch. Your role involves creating visually appealing and intuitive user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) and aligning product strategy with user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and field studies.
• Analyze user data to identify needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
• Create user journey maps and wireframes to visualize user interactions.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve designs.
• Develop and implement product design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Document design decisions and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Define and implement a cohesive and scalable design approach for all company products.
• Participate in product strategy definition and goal setting.
• Analyze competitors' products and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design visually appealing and intuitive UI elements.
• Design and develop a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency and user experience across all products.
• Design products with a focus on mobile user experiences.
• Ensure products are accessible to all users.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies, statistical research methods and data analysis.
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes.
• Deep knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
