Job Description

Your mission at Zarrin Roya is to supervise, review, and implement quality-related processes to ensure the enforcement and enhancement of product and process quality within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the implementation and execution of quality management systems within the organization to ensure their proper establishment and effectiveness.
  • Examining the approved version of strategic goals and plans to develop roadmaps for the units within the department.
  • Monitoring and following up on the progress and execution of quality projects to ensure improvement in process efficiency.
  • Monitoring tests, statistical data, and output reports to redesign processes if necessary and ensure optimal process efficiency.
  • Supervising quality control processes and their uninterrupted execution across the organization to ensure product and process quality enhancement.
  • Managing the team members by continuously evaluating their performance, and participating in their recruitment and training aligned with organizational HR strategies and departmental goals.
  • Analyzing descriptive and analytical reports on product quality levels to take corrective and preventive actions effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields; or an MBA graduate. 
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience (preferably in FMCG).
  • ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Lead Auditor Certifications.
  • Proficient in DOE, FMEA, and Risk Management.
  • Familiar with problem-solving methods and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 19011 Internal Audit, and ISO 31000.
  • Strong people management and team-building skills.
