  • Analyzing Iranian market opportunities and needs
  • Developing exclusive brand stores in accordance with regional planning.
  • Quantitative sales planning and monitoring of various sales channels to achieve daily and weekly goals.
  • Evaluating customer performance based on standard sales KPIs.
  • Presenting sales and marketing unit plans and policies.
  • Setting sales unit goals based on specified time schedules.
  • Presenting marketing and advertising plans and packages for market development.
  • Developing and training the sales team.
  • Developing a customer relationship system.
  • Monitoring and conducting market research.
  • Analyzing sales data and creating a sales management dashboard.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of sales channels.
  • Proficient in negotiation principles and techniques and strong verbal communication skills.
  • High follow-up skills.
  • People management skills.
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Planning skills.
  • Relevant work experience in the FMCG industry (at least 5 years) in dairy sales.
