Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
Maintain a strong and long-term relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects along with meeting clients, and recommending solutions.
Participate in programs and procedures that drive sales.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
Search for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new markets.
Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Work closely with the major European companies that are being represented exclusively by TLC Group.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
