Job Description

  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
  • Maintain a strong and long-term relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects along with meeting clients, and recommending solutions.
  • Participate in programs and procedures that drive sales.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
  • Search for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new markets.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Work closely with the major European companies that are being represented exclusively by TLC Group.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.

Requirements

  • Gender preference: Female/Male.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong public relations and communication skills.
  • Motivated and energetic.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software.
