We are looking for an experienced and skilled senior sales specialist to join our team in Tehran. This role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing after-sales service to customers. The main goal is to increase sales and grow the company's market share. It should be noted that since the company only sells its products to export markets, communication with foreign customers and attracting foreign customers are essential knowledge requirements for the applicant.
Job Description:
Identify and attract potential and new customers.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers.
Provide technical advice and after-sales service to customers.
Investigate and understand customer needs and create appropriate proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve services provided.
Track and analyze sales and market trends.
Train and support customers on products provided.
Collaborate with sales teams to track generated leads and improve the conversion process.
Review competitors and analyze their performance in digital channels.
Identify and monitor competitors' activities at the supply level.
Plan and develop seasonal activities to develop influence at the supply level.
Prepare the necessary plan for field sales.
Regularly visit the customer group and handle requests.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales trends and present and propose corresponding solutions.
Monitor the market and provide a report on the status of the product's presence at the supply level.
Requirements:
Ability to establish effective communication and strong public relations.
Familiarity with technologies related to the company's industry.
Strong negotiation and product presentation skills.
Experience in sales and after-sales service
At least five years of work experience in a related field.
Fluent in English.
Full familiarity with other languages, including Russian and Turkish.
