As a dynamic and innovative company specializing in producing high-quality food packaging. We seek a talented and motivated female sales Supervisor to join our growing team in Tehran.

Job Summary:

As a sales supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. You will work closely with the senior management team, as well as the finance, production, export, and import departments to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the food packaging industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Persian.
• Computer skills: Office (advanced).
• Maximum age: 45 years old.
