What We’re Looking For:

• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) to confidently express ideas, collaborate with international teams, and document design decisions.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your problem-solving ability, design thinking process, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• A basic understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a solid grasp of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and accessibility.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
• A growth-oriented attitude — eagerness to learn new tools, refine your craft, and embrace emerging trends in UI/UX design.
