Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department and line managers to align business unit plans with strategic objectives.
  • Check the business unit’s plans, ensuring proper metrics and initiatives are defined.
  • Ensure effective and clear communication of business strategic plans to internal teams.
  • Manage effective reporting of strategic plan progress to the board of management and investors.
  • Coordinate strategic meetings to make sure the meeting agenda and presentation format are in line with expectations.
  • Track strategic project KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives, try to resolve them in collaboration with stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of strategy execution.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization to drive continuous improvement.
