Job Description

As a supply chain expert, you will be responsible for purchasing the best quality goods and services at the most competitive prices and ensuring the timely delivery of ordered goods.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate all activities during the purchasing process, such as creating purchase orders, insurance, inspection, monitoring shipments, and creating invoices.
  • Follow up on the inspection of received cargo, shipping documents, and issuing inspection certificate.
  • Prepare a commitment letter and get approval from the bank.
  • Follow up with transit companies to send their invoices on time.
  • Develop and direct implementation of policies and processes in the factory and ensure compliance with all legal regulations in the company.

Requirements:

  • English proficiency.
  • Familiar with customs clearance processes.
  • Sufficient knowledge of the general principles of international business.
  • Sufficient knowledge of planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Good teamwork spirit.
  • Knowledge of record-keeping and reporting.
