Job Description
We at Buynow are looking for an experienced and capable supply chain manager to help improve efficiency and optimize the processes of planning, distribution, and logistics for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). This key role is responsible for managing the entire distribution process, evaluating logistics performance, identifying risks and opportunities within the supply chain, and overseeing warehouse and distribution processes.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the goods distribution process.
- Reviewing, evaluating, and managing logistics performance to improve efficiency and manage costs.
- Identifying risks and opportunities in the supply chain process.
- Overseeing distribution and warehouse processes and planning the distribution of goods required for stores.
- Supervising the overall performance of warehouse, distribution, planning, and logistics units, and creating incentive mechanisms to enhance productivity.
- Leading, motivating, and managing the team and supporting them.
Requirements:
- Proficient in supply chain planning and processes.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
