Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and market segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA graduate or professional sales certification is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
