We need a Traffic and Operations Specialist to handle air, sea, and overland shipments in a freight forwarder company.
Job Description:
- Correspond with agents, and customers and cooperate with sales experts.
- Handle customer inquiries and quotations.
- Update sales experts and clients about the latest shipment status.
- Prepare necessary or requested reports for management.
- Manage and monitor export and import procedures and all related matters.
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience working in related fields.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Fluent in OTMS and EPL.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Patient, punctual, focused, and self-confident with the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to make timely decisions in a complex environment.
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills.
