Job Description

  • Execute ticketing, transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services and any other necessary service for all employees under the supervision of SBC expatriate affairs and travel manager.
  • VIP/CIP arrangement based on request.
  • Negotiate with hotels and agencies.
  • Perform data updates
  • Register and import any data, or any related subject like changing and revising current data
  • Check relevant invoices and prepare the letters, documentation, or forms
