Maintaining and controlling the company's bank accounts.
Maintaining financial documents and filing them in different manual and software ways.
Issuing and receiving receivable and payable documents.
Resolving banking discrepancies.
Conducting tax consultations.
Paying employees.
Reminding the company's directors of the due dates for the payment of obligations to secure financial resources and organizing the date of obligations according to the organization's financial resources.
Providing financial reports such as funds, the status of outstanding and returned checks, guarantees, etc. to the managers of the organization.
Coordinating with all departments of the company and organization to receive and pay and balance accounts.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related fields.
Familiar with SAP and accounting principles.
Acquaintance with production and broadcast companies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
