Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.
• Maintain and update inventory management systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Lead and train warehouse staff to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Report on warehouse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proficient in inventory management software and familiar with Rahkaran.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing or component industries.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Familiar with coding definitions for inventory systems.
• Ability to write and present reports effectively.
• Team player with strong ethical principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
