Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, control, and direct the factory's executive activities in line with the company's strategies and major goals.
  • Monitor the production process of current products in terms of waste reduction and unplanned downtime.
  • Manage the human resources of the subsidiary (participate in recruitment, training and development, performance management, and motivational measures).
  • Develop and monitor production budgets, analyze and control costs, and implement cost-reduction strategies to improve profitability.
  • Provide daily and periodic analytical reports to the CEO.
  • Monitor the correct implementation of the daily and monthly production plan and production standards and regulations.
  • Plan and submit repair requests in all areas to the maintenance and repair unit and cooperate in carrying out periodic repairs and inspections.
  • Monitor strict compliance with safety and HSE regulations.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the concepts, processes, and standards of production, planning, quality control, and maintenance and repair.
  • Familiarity with the organizational audit process.
  • Familiarity with national and international standards in the food industry.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the principles of technical report writing and report analysis.
  • At least five years of management experience in the food industry, preferably in the production of fruit concentrates purees and tomato paste.
  • Minimum age: 45 years old.
