Monitor, control, and direct the factory's executive activities in line with the company's strategies and major goals.
Monitor the production process of current products in terms of waste reduction and unplanned downtime.
Manage the human resources of the subsidiary (participate in recruitment, training and development, performance management, and motivational measures).
Develop and monitor production budgets, analyze and control costs, and implement cost-reduction strategies to improve profitability.
Provide daily and periodic analytical reports to the CEO.
Monitor the correct implementation of the daily and monthly production plan and production standards and regulations.
Plan and submit repair requests in all areas to the maintenance and repair unit and cooperate in carrying out periodic repairs and inspections.
Monitor strict compliance with safety and HSE regulations.
Requirements:
Familiarity with the concepts, processes, and standards of production, planning, quality control, and maintenance and repair.
Familiarity with the organizational audit process.
Familiarity with national and international standards in the food industry.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the principles of technical report writing and report analysis.
At least five years of management experience in the food industry, preferably in the production of fruit concentrates purees and tomato paste.
