Job Description

  • Supervise the performance of supervisors selling branches and personnel under their authority.
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of demand forecasting methods.
  • Supervise the interaction of sales staff with customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • More than 5 years of experience in related positions.
  • Experience in the FMCG field.
  • Superb negotiation skills.
  • Business, financial acumen, and supply chain knowledge.
  • Ability to calculate and analyze key forecasting metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
