Roles:
- Implement sales procedures with new customers to meet personal and team goals.
- Telemarketing.
- Analyze client's needs.
- Suggest appropriate packages based on the client's needs.
- Consult with clients to find their requirements.
- Document and keep the database in CRM.
- Identify new prospects through cold calling and lead generation.
- Train customers on how to use the purchased packages.
- Follow up on B2B clients, customer care, and retention processes from start to end.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers by managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Consult with clients to find their requirements.
- Suggest appropriate services based on the client's needs.
- Analyze and prospect clients' needs.
- Train customers on how to use the purchased services.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales (if it's in online services is an asset).
- Strong teamwork with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work with CRMs (knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics is an asset).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Focused and target-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Working knowledge of English is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good experience in teamwork.
