Job Description

At IranTalent, we are looking for an energetic person for a winning team. Our goal is to find the needs of customers, provide human resources solutions with IranTalent services, and provide the best user experience while using the purchased services.

Roles:

  • Implement sales procedures with new customers to meet personal and team goals.
  • Telemarketing.
  • Analyze client's needs.
  • Suggest appropriate packages based on the client's needs.
  • Consult with clients to find their requirements.
  • Document and keep the database in CRM.
  • Identify new prospects through cold calling and lead generation.
  • Train customers on how to use the purchased packages.
  • Follow up on B2B clients, customer care, and retention processes from start to end.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers by managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Consult with clients to find their requirements.
  • Suggest appropriate services based on the client's needs.
  • Analyze and prospect clients' needs.
  • Train customers on how to use the purchased services.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales (if it's in online services is an asset).
  • Strong teamwork with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work with CRMs (knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics is an asset).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Focused and target-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Working knowledge of English is a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good experience in teamwork.
