Job Description
Treasury Responsibilities:
- Write checks and issue vouchers, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the audit department to ensure proper issuance of checks.
- Oversee petty cashs efficient utilization.
- Generate monthly and weekly treasury reports for review and analysis.
- Liaise with banks for foreign order registration.
- Maintain communication with the management team for document signatures.
- Address and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
- Approve orders based on established control parameters.
- Oversee sales transactions from order confirmation to customer cargo receipt.
- Confirm invoices with customers on a seasonal basis.
- Address daily sales-related issues promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports within specified deadlines.
- Address and resolve discrepancies with customers.
