Job Description
- Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the group.
- Prepare and file tax returns for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to stay up-to-date with changes and identify potential tax savings opportunities.
- Supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of daily financial transactions.
- Respond to inquiries from tax authorities and other government agencies.
- Collaborate with the market access team to ensure accurate pricing of company products and obtain necessary approvals from the Ministry of Health.
- Negotiate with MoH authorities for the importation of pharma products.
- Collaborate with local banks to carry out the business.
- Draft and review internal company contracts.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and compliant proper purchases of items required.
- Negotiate with domestic suppliers and coordinate with distribution companies.
- Respond to independent auditors and legal inspectors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in tax preparation, auditing, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using accounting software and financial management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
- Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and pricing requirements in the healthcare sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
