We’re looking for an administrative assistant to join us. Joining our team you will be responsible for providing general and administrative duties as well as answering the phones and greeting customers and visitors to our department. You’ll be assisting with organizing meetings and diary management, updating our databases.

- First point of contact dealing with telephone and email esquires as required.
- Effectively support the maintenance of accurate electronic database records for stock loading, unloading, and control.
- Composition and typing of letters, general typing and producing reports, scanning, photocopying, and filing as required.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail as required.
- Receiving and sorting paperwork from the accounts section.
