Job Description

ᴧ Responsibility (1) (Travel Affaires): Execute travel affairs and relevant logistics (International and Domestic affairs, visa) book transportation, make hotel reservations
ᴧ Responsibility (2) (Administrative Affairs): VIP/CIP arrangement based on request. Negotiate with hotels, agencies. Performs data updates Register and import any data, or any related subject like changing and revising of current data Checking relevant invoices and preparing the letters, documentation or forms
ᴧ Compliance with regulations and effective implementation of standards
ᴧ Reporting: Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet management and department requirements, policies, and standards. The project cycle is completed in line with plans and agreed on project parameters and standards.
ᴧ Related Assignments: Perform other related duties or assignments as directed, All reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company policies and requirements
