Job Description
- Coordinate technicians.
- Make monthly reports based on the CRM.
- Spare part inventory control.
- Improve processes of after-sale service.
- Meet customers daily.
- Provide service appointments.
- Inventory control.
- Report to the C levels managers.
- Subordinates: 5 Technicians.
- Probation period: 1 Month.
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 to 5; Thursday from 9 to 1.
- Travel requirements: at least once a quarter.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- General IELTS: overall score of 6.0.
- Advanced English communicator.
- Good in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
- Teamwork skills.
- Communication skills.
- Disciplines.
- Leadership skills.
