Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and execute strategies for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specific roles to attract top talent.
- Contribute to enhancing the overall candidate experience.
- Lead and execute HR projects independently to improve departmental processes and organizational outcomes.
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives related to talent management, performance processes, and employee engagement.
- Implement engagement strategies that foster a workplace environment based on respect and shared values.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and resolving concerns aligned with company policies.
- Assist in assessing organizational needs, identifying talent gaps, and proposing actionable solutions.
- Provide input and support for performance management, training, and other HRBP-led initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in HR roles, including hands-on recruitment and project management.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes independently.
- Basic understanding of HR practices, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
