Job Description

  • Manage B2B customer service.
  • Manage customer complaints and satisfaction, B2B product management.
  • Develop new products and B2B marketing activities.
  • Identify, analyze, plan, and implement new business opportunities either in the fat and oil market or any other areas in the B2B segment.
  • Design, track, and develop the product features, qualification plan, strategy, and root-to-market of the B2B product portfolio.
  • Launch new products to ensure meeting customer needs.
  • Analyze the entire market trends, and competitor product positioning, and perform B2B marketing events in sales segments in the context of online and offline channels.
