POSITION SUMMARY

We're seeking a talented B2B Sales Development Associate to effectively support and execute various Sales development activities like:

Prospecting and Research: Identify and target potential clients within the Media and Entertainments sectors. Develop a robust pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and market analysis

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understand their needs and offer tailored solutions

Sales Presentations & Pitches: Conduct compelling product presentations and sales pitches that align with each client’s specific needs. Demonstrate the value and benefits of our products/services to drive interest and engagement

Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations on contracts and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company goals. Handle all aspects of contract management from initial discussions to final signatures

Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding set targets. Focus on both acquiring new business and growing existing accounts to maximize revenue

Market Expansion: Strategically expand our market presence by identifying new opportunities within the Media and Entertainments sectors. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

A DAY IN THE LIFE ...

• Generate prospecting lists of decision-makers in target accounts using compliant and accurate contact data
• Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking with potential customers
• Follow up and engage with prospects (including C-suite/directors) who have enquired about the company’s product or service.
• Manage relationships with existing clients
• Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects
• Research your prospects' coworkers to find other stakeholders
• Follow up on existing contacts in your CRM to identify new sales leads
• Use LinkedIn, CRM, sales enablement tools, and sales intelligence to improve processes.

• Research skills to personalize your pitch using sales triggers, and provide a seamless sales experience for your leads

• Collaboration and teamwork, plus adaptability and flexibility skills to adjust to changing situations in a dynamic business environment
• Technical skills of R&D, Project management, CRM, Documentation, Presentation, Design and Networking software and tools
• Focusing and Planning skills to work on different projects or services while interacting with different people and cultures
