Job Description
- Participate in the achievement of key performance indicators for the market.
- New product introductions and line extensions.
- Execute BU’s branding strategy in conjunction with the marketing department.
- Implement detailed annual brand activation plans in conjunction with marketing and sales plans.
- Ensure performance meets and surpasses targets, and provides comprehensive branding activity plans to support these objectives.
- Ensure that the impact of branding decisions on the company’s business objectives is properly communicated and understood.
- Re-evaluate current branding strategies, models, and organization to ensure setting up proper marketing structure in the sales and marketing department with the help of internal resources as well as third-party organizations.
- Ensure all mutually agreed branding plan strategies are implemented through direct sales channels, key accounts, and distributors.
- Monitor activities and formulate proposals and decisions to secure consistent implementation of affected plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Create and maintain strong agency/supplier relationships.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to the line manager summarizing business activities, forecasting financial positions, and escalating critical issues with effective recommendations to address key challenges.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or an MBA graduate.
Experience:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in brand activation of a marketing department.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of branding preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent experience in preparing different types of sales reports.
