Participate in the achievement of key performance indicators for the market.
New product introductions and line extensions.
Execute BU’s branding strategy in conjunction with the marketing department.
Implement detailed annual brand activation plans in conjunction with marketing and sales plans.
Ensure performance meets and surpasses targets, and provides comprehensive branding activity plans to support these objectives.
Ensure that the impact of branding decisions on the company’s business objectives is properly communicated and understood.
Re-evaluate current branding strategies, models, and organization to ensure setting up proper marketing structure in the sales and marketing department with the help of internal resources as well as third-party organizations.
Ensure all mutually agreed branding plan strategies are implemented through direct sales channels, key accounts, and distributors.
Monitor activities and formulate proposals and decisions to secure consistent implementation of affected plans, strategies, and objectives.
Create and maintain strong agency/supplier relationships.
Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to the line manager summarizing business activities, forecasting financial positions, and escalating critical issues with effective recommendations to address key challenges.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or an MBA graduate.
Experience:
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in brand activation of a marketing department.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of branding preferably in the FMCG industry.
Excellent experience in preparing different types of sales reports.
