Job Description

  • Participate in the achievement of key performance indicators for the market.
  • New product introductions and line extensions.
  • Execute BU’s branding strategy in conjunction with the marketing department.
  • Implement detailed annual brand activation plans in conjunction with marketing and sales plans.
  • Ensure performance meets and surpasses targets, and provides comprehensive branding activity plans to support these objectives.
  • Ensure that the impact of branding decisions on the company’s business objectives is properly communicated and understood.
  • Re-evaluate current branding strategies, models, and organization to ensure setting up proper marketing structure in the sales and marketing department with the help of internal resources as well as third-party organizations.
  • Ensure all mutually agreed branding plan strategies are implemented through direct sales channels, key accounts, and distributors.
  • Monitor activities and formulate proposals and decisions to secure consistent implementation of affected plans, strategies, and objectives.
  • Create and maintain strong agency/supplier relationships.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to the line manager summarizing business activities, forecasting financial positions, and escalating critical issues with effective recommendations to address key challenges.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or an MBA graduate.

Experience:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in brand activation of a marketing department.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of branding preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent experience in preparing different types of sales reports.

  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office is a must).
  • Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
