Job Description

  • Active management and accurate and intelligent follow-up of expert teams.
  • Efforts to achieve the policy and set goals.
  • Monitor sales and employee activities in the sales unit.
  • Supervise distribution and sales centers or agents selling products.
  • Hold continuous meetings with marketing and sales experts to increase sales.
  • Manage and supervise the activities of the marketing and merchandising traffic team.
  • Measure customer satisfaction and implement programs to increase their satisfaction.
  • Receive customer feedback and handle them.
  • Cooperate in identifying, evaluating, and selecting sales agents and marketers.
  • Monitor the updating of the list of sales agents and marketers.
  • Follow up to deliver products and customer services according to the agreed schedule.
  • Monitor the process of issuing proforma invoices and sales invoices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve the expected results.
  • Analyze the market of products and services continuously and make decisions
  • Provide marketing and sales reports continuously.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with the financial unit of the company to collect claims.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with transportation suppliers to send customers' products.
  • Identify the training program needed by employees

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in the FMCG industry is required.
  • Familiarity with retail distribution mechanisms and processes.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet work requirements and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment.
  • Ability to communicate with different levels of management/customers.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Gender preference: Male.
